1. Rental Agreement Binding

By accessing the Kreda website, mobile application, or reserving a vehicle, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) and Iraq.

2. Driver Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Drivers renting VIP Luxury SUVs or 4x4 Off-Road vehicles must be at least 23 years old.
• License: Drivers must possess a valid driver's license or International Driving Permit (IDP) accompanied by valid identification.

3. Authorized Driving Regions

Kreda vehicles are authorized for travel within permitted regions. Cross-border travel outside of Iraq or unauthorized entry into non-permitted territories is strictly prohibited.

4. Vehicle Care & Traffic Fines

Renters are responsible for operating the vehicle in a safe, legal manner. Any traffic speed camera violations, parking fines, or toll fees incurred during the rental period will be charged directly to the renter upon contract settlement.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Any legal disputes shall be handled by the competent courts.
