1. Vehicle Delivery & Inspection
Before key handover at your designated location or office, a joint digital vehicle inspection is conducted. Any pre-existing scratches, mileage readout, and fuel level are logged in the digital handover form.
2. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are delivered with a full or documented level of fuel. Renters must return the vehicle with the same fuel level (Same-to-Same policy). If returned with lower fuel, a standard local refuelling fee will apply.
3. 24/7 Roadside Assistance
In the event of a mechanical breakdown, flat tire, or highway emergency, Kreda dispatches an emergency service vehicle within 45 minutes to repair or replace the vehicle immediately.
4. Extensions & Return SLA
Rental extensions can be requested instantly through the Kreda Mobile App or via WhatsApp support prior to the original return time.
